Team Lead, Customer Renewal – EMEA

Responsibilities

As a Team Lead - Customer Renewal for the EMEA region at TeamViewer, you will lead a team focused on maximizing customer retention and renewal revenue. You will be responsible for developing strategies, optimizing processes, and managing performance to ensure a seamless and value-driven renewal experience for our customers. Your leadership will be key in driving customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and supporting long-term growth across the region.

• Lead and coach a team of renewal specialists across the EMEA region

• Develop and implement strategies to improve renewal rates and customer retention

• Monitor team performance and KPIs, providing regular feedback and support

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to align renewal processes and goals

• Identify at-risk accounts and support proactive engagement strategies

• Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of renewal pipeline and outcomes

• Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability

• Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, renewals, or account management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management

• Proven track record of improving renewal performance and reducing churn

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with CRM and renewal tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar)

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions

• Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) are a plus
