Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nWe are looking for a people-first, delivery-focused Team Lead Product Management (all genders) to lead the Remote & Tensor product team. You will manage and coach a team of product managers while owning the definition and delivery of upcoming releases. Working closely with product strategy leads, R&D, UX, and go-to-market teams, you will translate strategic priorities into well-defined, high-quality product outcomes.\nTeamViewer Tensor is our enterprise platform for secure remote access, support, and device management across IT and operational technology environments. It combines reliable connectivity at scale with enterprise controls, including conditional access, granular permissions, single sign-on, auditability, multitenancy, and key integrations.\nLead, coach, and develop a team of product managers through regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, career development, and a culture of trust, ownership, and psychological safety.\n\nOwn the product definition and delivery of upcoming Remote & Tensor releases, including scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, progress tracking, risk management, escalations, and blocker removal.\n\nPlan team workload and capacity, make trade-offs transparent, and ensure priorities and commitments are aligned with available resources.\n\nEstablish and maintain high standards for product requirements documents, documentation, delivery cadence, product reviews, and build readiness.\n\nContribute hands-on to concept development, product requirements, UX, and architecture discussions across complex enterprise topics such as identity and access, permissions, multitenancy, and integrations.\n\nPartner with product strategy, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to translate strategy into actionable plans and resolve cross-functional friction.\n\nIdentify hiring needs, recruit strong product talent, and assign product management domains to ensure the team is set up for success.\n\nRequirements\nStrong product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, including direct people management and career development of product managers.\n\nA proven track record of delivering complex product initiatives predictably and at a high quality, supported by clear progress tracking, escalation management, and stakeholder communication.\n\nHands-on expertise in product discovery, product requirements documents, backlog management, UX collaboration, and outcome-based product development.\n\nTechnical credibility with Engineering and Security teams across APIs, integrations, identity and access, permissions, auditability, scalability, multitenancy, and cross-platform experiences.\n\nExperience with remote connectivity, remote support, endpoint or device management, IT service management, identity and security, or adjacent IT or operational technology software.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to frame trade-offs clearly, influence senior leaders, engage with customers, and work effectively in English.\n\nA pragmatic, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to respond effectively to changing priorities, demands, and timelines.\n\nA relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience.\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally.\n\nWhat we offer\nOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start\n\nGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviews\n\nPremiums for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount are topped up by TeamViewer\n\nPublic transport friendly offices\n\nOption to lease an e-bike (Germany only)\n\nSpecial terms for local gyms\n\nAccess to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts\n\nRegular Team events and company-wide celebrations\n\nOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches\n\nHybrid and Flexible work time\n\nWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country\n\nWe celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
