Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?\nResponsibilities\nWe are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support the delivery of enterprise software and integration projects for customers across the EMEA region.\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to develop their career in technical project management. Candidates may come from software development, engineering, technical consulting, implementation, or project delivery backgrounds.\nThe TPM will work directly with customers, developers, and internal teams to coordinate software delivery, manage project activities, and translate between technical and business stakeholders. Prior experience working with large enterprise systems is beneficial but is not required.\nThe ideal candidate has approximately 3-5 years of relevant professional experience, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to develop both customer-facing and project leadership skills.\nThis position is based in Porto, Portugal. Below are the responsibilities for the role:\nManage enterprise software projects across EMEA from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.\n\nWork with customers to understand technical requirements, business objectives, timelines, and success criteria.\n\nCoordinate activities between customers, developers, Product, and other internal stakeholders.\n\nManage project plans, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items.\n\nParticipate in technical discussions involving APIs, applications, cloud infrastructure, databases, and integrations.\n\nTranslate customer requirements and business needs into clear information for technical teams.\n\nCoordinate testing, validation, release planning, and deployment activities.\n\nSupport troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for customer and system issues.\n\nIdentify project risks and escalate issues when additional technical or leadership support is required.\n\nProvide clear and consistent project status communication to customers and internal leadership.\n\nDevelop knowledge of enterprise software delivery, customer systems, and integration practices.\n\nPromote strong project documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nRequirements\n3-5 years of relevant professional experience in software development, technical project delivery, engineering, implementation, technical consulting, or a related field.\n\nStrong technical aptitude and understanding of software development concepts.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with software engineers and understand technical requirements and dependencies.\n\nFamiliarity with APIs, applications, databases, networking, cloud technologies, or similar software concepts.\n\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities, timelines, and multiple workstreams.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers.\n\nDesire to develop project management and customer leadership capabilities.\n\nFluent professional English.\n\nAbility to work effectively with distributed teams and customers across the EMEA region.\n\nBased in or able to work from Porto, Portugal.\n\nThe following are some nice to have requirements:\nExperience integrating software with customer enterprise systems or systems of record.\n\nExperience reading, writing, or exchanging data with ERP, WMS, CRM, MES, or other enterprise platforms.\n\nPrevious experience managing customer-facing software projects.\n\nExperience with REST APIs and integration workflows.\n\nExperience with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, or Android.\n\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native environments, MySQL, MS SQL, or OpenAPI.\n\nPrevious software development or engineering experience.\n\nFamiliarity with wearable technologies, IoT integrations, frontline workforce applications, logistics, or manufacturing.\n\nExperience working in Agile or Scrum environments.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nAdditional European language proficiency.\n\nWhat we offer\nOnsite Onboarding in our HQ office for an optimal start\n\nGreat compensation and benefits packages including company achievement bonus or sales bonus and regular salary reviews\n\nPublic transport friendly offices\n\nSpecial terms for local gyms\n\nAccess to Corporate Benefits platform with many discounts\n\nRegular Team events and company-wide celebrations\n\nOpen door policy, no dress code rules, frequent all Hands and Leadership Lunches\n\nHybrid and Flexible work time\n\nWork From Abroad Program allowing up to 40 days of work outside your contracting country\n\nWe celebrate diversity as one of core values, join and drive one of the c-a-r-e initiatives together with us!\n\nTeamViewer is an equal opportunities employer and is committed to building an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and supported.
