You’ll be the face of Ward Security on site, working closely with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver service excellence while ensuring compliance with industry standards.\nThis is a hands on, varied role offering genuine opportunities to develop new skills, including locksmith works and advanced security technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstalling, configuring, and commissioning:\nCCTV systems\nIntruder and Fire Alarms\nAccess Control systems\nAutomatic gates, barriers, and doors\nCarrying out preventative maintenance visits\nDiagnosing faults and responding to breakdowns efficiently\nProviding on-site and remote technical support\nCompleting electronic job reports, installation records, and documentation\nEnsuring all work meets British Standards and regulatory requirements\nDelivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint\nIdentifying opportunities to enhance and grow client accounts\nWorking collaboratively with the Operations Manager and wider team\nHealth, Safety & Compliance\nYou’ll be expected to uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental responsibility, following company policies and the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. A safe, tidy, and compliant working environment is essential.\nWhere You’ll Work\nYou’ll operate across a variety of settings including:\nCommercial offices\nRetail and public spaces\nResidential properties\nTravel across the UK is required.
