Responsibilities\n Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful/gRPC APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.\n Architect cloud-native microservices and distributed systems on Microsoft Azure.\n Optimize backend performance through asynchronous programming, concurrency management, caching, and efficient resource utilization.\n Design and maintain data models and schemas using PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.\n Implement Generative AI capabilities, including LLM integration, RAG pipelines, vector database integration, and AI orchestration workflows.\n Build reliable and resilient services using rate limiting, circuit breakers, fault tolerance, and graceful degradation.\n Implement observability through logging, distributed tracing, and monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.\n Collaborate with DevOps teams on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), containerization, and automated CI/CD pipelines.\n Implement secure backend solutions using OAuth2/OIDC, encryption, and secure API management practices.\n Work with messaging systems and event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Event Hubs.\n Support containerized application deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.\n Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor engineers.\n Collaborate with Product, Cloud, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.\n\nMust-Have Skills\n7+ years of hands-on backend development experience.\n Strong proficiency in Python, with practical experience using FastAPI and/or Flask.\n Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and backend architecture.\n Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development.\n Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.\n Experience with system design, design patterns, scalability, caching, concurrency, and performance optimization.\n Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.\n Knowledge of Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and modern DevOps practices.\n Experience with message queues and event-driven architectures, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Event Hubs.\n Understanding of backend security, authentication, authorization, and encryption practices.\n Experience designing reliable, scalable, and production-ready backend systems.\n Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.\n\nGood to Have\n Experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases.\n Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and AI-powered application development.\n Azure certifications in cloud services or AI application development.\n Familiarity with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments, including AWS and GCP.\n Frontend development experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\n Experience mentoring developers and driving engineering best practices.\n\nQualifications &
