design and delivery across Customer / Business Partner, Supplier, Material, and Finance master data domains.\nLead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design workshops, solution architecture, and functional/technical design documentation for SAP MDG implementations.\nDeliver high-quality results aligned with firm values and principles\nDrive client engagement workstreams with strong ownership and accountability\nMaintain high standards of project quality and execution excellence\nManage UAT, integration testing, defect triage, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization.\nReview/Develop technical specifications, functional designs, configuration documents, test scripts, transport plans, and deployment readiness artifacts.\nLead and mentor senior associates, associates, and offshore teams; provide technical guidance, solution reviews, code reviews, and delivery oversight.\n\nWhat You Must Have\n7–10 years of total SAP experience with at least 5–7 years of hands-on SAP MDG experience.\nMinimum 2 full-cycle SAP MDG implementations, preferably on SAP S/4HANA.\nStrong techno-functional experience across at least 2 MDG data models, such as MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-M, MDG-F, and MDG-BP.\nHands-on experience in SAP MDG configuration including Data Modeling, UI Modeling, Process Modeling, Change Request Types, Workflow, BRFplus, validations, derivations, and duplicate checks\nExperience designing and implementing rule-based workflows, including agent determination, workflow routing, approvals, rejections, and escalation logic.\nStrong hands-on experience with integration and replication technologies including DRF, DIF, IDoc, ALE, SOA Services, REST APIs, and OData APIs.\nProficiency in technical troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis across SAP MDG and S/4HANA.\nHands-on experience with OO ABAP, BAdIs, Enhancements, FPM configurations, feeder classes, and BRFplus.\nStrong understanding of SAP S/4HANA master data structures for Material, Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, and Finance domains.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nWhat Sets You Apart\n\nHands-on exposure to MDG Consolidation, Mass Processing, and Central Governance on S/4HANA, including initial loads, match & merge, and best-record calculation.\nHands-on technical experience
