looking for a hands-on Senior Unity Developer with 7+ years of professional Unity experience to design and build enterprise-grade real-time simulations, interactive touchscreen applications, digital twin experiences and multi-screen visualisation solutions.\n\nMust-have Unity, simulation and integration skills :\n\n- 7+ years of hands-on professional experience in Unity Engine development with strong C# programming skills.\n\n- Strong understanding of Unity architecture, component-based design, scene management, prefabs, scripting patterns and reusable module development.\n\n- Experience building real-time simulations, interactive touchscreen applications, multi-screen experiences, digital twins or enterprise visualisation solutions.\n\n- Working knowledge of Unity Animator/Mecanim, animation state machines, rigging concepts, motion capture integration and physics-based animation.\n\n- Experience integrating Unity applications with REST APIs, WebSockets, MQTT, IoT data streams and backend services.\n\n- Ability to create data visualisation interfaces, real-time dashboards, interaction layers and responsive UI components inside Unity.\n\n- Strong debugging and optimisation skills, including Unity Profiler, performance profiling, frame-rate optimisation, asset optimisation and memory management.\n\n- Good understanding of networking protocols, asynchronous communication, event-driven architecture and low-latency application behaviour.\n\n- Experience with Git-based source control, Agile delivery, code reviews, technical documentation and collaboration with distributed engineering teams.\n\n- Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Experience deploying Unity applications to WebGL/Unity Web platforms.\n\n- Strong understanding of web integration patterns, including JavaScript interoperability, REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication mechanisms and cloud-hosted Unity experiences.\n\n- Experience integrating Unity applications with AI and agentic systems utilizing protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP).\n\nIdeally, youll also have :\n\n- Experience delivering enterprise training simulations, digital twin command centers, immersive client experience zones or industrial visualisation platforms.\n\n- Exposure to AR/VR/XR, projection mapping, large-format displays, multi-device synchronisation or physical-digital experience environments.\n\n- Familiarity with 3D modelling pipelines, asset optimisation, Blender/Maya workflows, shader basics, lighting, materials and visual polish for real-time applications.\n\n-
