Role Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Developer with 5-7 years of overall ServiceNow experience and demonstrable hands-on experience implementing and enhancing SPM capabilities. The resource will translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions; configure SPM functionality; build necessary customizations and integrations; and support development, testing, deployment and post-production stabilization. The candidate should work independently with functional consultants, architects, business stakeholders and distributed delivery teams. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, develop and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow SPM platform. Work across Project, Demand, Resource, Portfolio, Program and Financial Management capabilities. Configure project and demand lifecycle stages, states, approvals, notifications and workflow automation. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows/subflows, notifications, ACLs, scheduled jobs, Transform Maps and Import Sets.
