Ltd.) is a 20+ year industry leader providing IT staffing and consulting services, supporting 4000+ professionals across India, the USA, the Middle East, and APAC for leading GCC clients.\n\nAbout the Role :\n\nD365 F&O Technical Architect / Manager Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.\n\nLocations : Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon.\n\nWork Model : Hybrid.\n\nExperience : 10+ years with hands-on experience and good communication skills.\n\nNotice Period : Immediate 15 days.\n\nShift : First half aligned to US PST hours candidates should be comfortable supporting US PST hours.\n\nImportant : Candidate must be able to collect and return company assets from the respective base office in Bangalore, Pune or Gurgaon.\n\nRequirement :\n\n- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.\n\n- Managerial/Leadership experience is necessary.\n\n- Hands-on experience in X++ development along with C#.\n\n- LCS and Azure Devops knowledge is mandatory.\n\n- Ability to provide Architecture and Design view for the project.\n\n- Hands-on experience in designing and developing D365F&O extensions, custom workflows.\n\n- A good understanding of best practices for D365, including code management (i.e. source control), unit testing methodologies and build processes.\n\n- Experience in D365F&O Configuration, Customization, data conversion, integration, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard reports development is a must.\n\n- Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong technical acumen.\n\n- AI Copilot and Azure knowledge is good to have.\n\n- Functional understanding of D365F&O modules, especially Finance, Trade & Logistics and Warehousing.\n\n- An understanding of the Dynamics 365 Data Entities and Entity Store and way of customizing them or extending them as required.\n\n- Having Microsoft Dynamics D365F&O and architecture certifications.\n\n- Mentoring juniors.\n\n- Participate in hiring and practice growth.\n\nExperience & Background : \n\n- Graduate/Post-Graduate qualification B.Tech./BCA/MBA/M-Tech/MCA.\n\n- Relevant experience for 12 -
