We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, a passion for people and a practical, hands-on approach to running a successful store.\nIf you're ready to take ownership of your own store and make a real impact, this could be the opportunity for you!\nThe Opportunity\nAs Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance, people and day-to-day operations of JYSK's Ballincollig store.\nWorking alongside your Deputy Store Manager, you'll create a positive team environment while ensuring the store delivers excellent customer service and strong commercial results.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nDrive store performance, achieving sales targets, KPIs and commercial objectives.\n\nCoach and develop your team, encouraging individual growth and high performance.\n\nMaintain a visible, hands-on presence on the shop floor, supporting sales and daily operations.\n\nDeliver an excellent customer experience and ensure the store is consistently ready for trade.\n\nOversee store operations, ensuring company standards, procedures and routines are maintained.\n\nManage recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of store colleagues.\n\nIdentify opportunities for improvement and take proactive action to achieve results.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for a confident, motivated manager who enjoys a fast-paced environment and knows how to get the best from their team.\nTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:\nPrevious management experience at Deputy Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager level or above.\n\nProven experience managing teams and delivering results.\n\nA positive, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.\n\nA hands-on management style and willingness to get involved in all aspects of store operations.\n\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.\n\nCommercial awareness with experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.\n\nConfidence in decision-making, problem-solving and managing challenges.\n\nRetail experience is preferred but not essential. Applications are welcomed from experienced managers in other fast-paced, customer-facing environments with strong transferable skills.\nA full driving licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
