Good onboarding is what makes our merchants set up for success. From the first meeting, the go-live to working and growing together - this person will own the onboarding process and make it all happen. This role is for someone who likes working with the product, becoming an expert in it and teaching others. \nYour day-to-day will be a mix of hands-on ops, project management, customer communication and problem solving. We are reshaping the future of hospitality tech, and this role is at the forefront of it.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nOur Operations happen on a restaurant floor, in a lively neighbourhood, at a busy bar - we operate in the city:\nRun restaurant onboarding: train, connect and implement together with the restaurant team\n\nProblem-solve for our merchants on the ground while running live operations\n\nSupport restaurants after the go live and make sure that Tebi adds value to their business long-term\n\nFind opportunities for improvement in our process, materials and systems\n\nContinue investing in our relationship with our merchants to make sure they are happy with our product and growing as a business\n\nIdentify product and process gaps and bring it to internal central teams such as product, engineering and central operations\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nYou are a creative problem solver who enjoys interacting with hospitality businesses\n\nYou are empathetic towards our merchants and curious about their business\n\nYou can juggle multiple things at once and bring structure\n\nCurious about the product, want to be an expert in Tebi system and can apply your knowledge\n\nGood communication - you are great at proactive contact and managing expectations\n\nBeing comfortable with high-pace environments: both the hospitality flow and the startup day-to-day\n\nInterest in data, process improvement and automation\n\nFlexibility in working hours that fit our merchants’ needs and ensuring a healthy balance\n\nAt least 2-4 years of experience in hospitality, early startup operations, fast-paced account management or customer operations\n\nYou are comfortable working in both English and Spanish\n\nIf this speaks to you we can be the right fit.
