Our Finance team is looking for a new member who will enable our growth, build processes and structure to take us further, and contribute towards a successful first-year audit in 2027.\nYou will play a key role in our financial close and reporting, help lay the groundwork for the control framework, and support new entities as we open them. We’re looking for someone who thrives in an unstructured environment, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is passionate about automation to make finance run smarter. You will work closely with product, commercial and leadership teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn key parts of the monthly financial close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness\n\nBe an important control point, safeguarding the integrity of our financial reporting\n\nSupport the setup of financial processes and controls as we open new entities and work towards audit-readiness\n\nHelp design and build Tebi's control framework\n\nIdentify and implement opportunities to automate financial processes and support Tebi’s growth\n\nPartner with our external auditors and manage the audit process for your areas\n\nTurn financial data into insights that help the business make better decisions\n\nContinuously improve and standardize processes as Tebi scales\n\nWhat You'll Need\n2-4 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or external audit\n\nYou thrive in an unstructured, fast-changing scale-up environment and don't need everything mapped out to make progress\n\nA natural drive to standardize and improve processes, balanced with pragmatism about what's needed now versus later\n\nSavvy with automation and AI tools, and genuinely interested in using them to work more efficiently\n\nSolid grounding in accounting principles and financial reporting\n\nSharp attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills\n\nClear, confident communication, comfortable working closely with teams across the business\n\nIf this speaks to you we can be the right fit.
