We do not conduct interviews via instant messaging.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation Practice Management platform.\nThis role is pivotal in architecting and implementing a state-of-the-art user interface with a micro front-end architecture using React and MaterialUI. \nYou will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.\nYour Area of Focus\nModernize & advance the front-end micro-front-end platform architecture used by Engineering teams across the organization.\nDesign, implement, and advocate for reusable front-end tools, components, and frameworks that will serve as foundational building blocks for product features, as well as improve team efficiency and effectiveness.\nLead the design and implementation of sophisticated user interfaces with React, ensuring optimal performance across multiple devices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend Engineers) to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.\nMentor junior developers and promote a culture of code excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nStay abreast of industry trends and advancements in frontend technologies, advocating for and leading the adoption of best practices and new technologies within the team.\nEnsure high-quality code standards and contribute to the continuous evolution of our technology stack.\nYour Professional Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.\n7+ years of professional front-end development experience.\nProfessional expertise with React and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling.\nFamiliarity with React hooks.\nStrong understanding of micro front-end architecture and its implementation.\nExperience with Storybook and MaterialUI preferred.\nExperience with a shared component design.\nExperience implementing applications using style guides and wireframes.\nExperience consuming RESTful APIs.\nTeam-oriented and collaborative, capacity to mentor junior team members.\nExcellent problem-solving skills, ability to optimize performance, and scalability of the frontend components.\nExperience with responsive and adaptive design, as well as cross-browser compatibility issues.\nStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.\n#LI-SS1 #LI-Remote\nIn compliance with California's pay transparency laws, the compensation range for this position will be provided and may include an hourly rate, annual salary, or On-Target Earnings (OTE), depending on the nature of the role.
