架构），并结合实际业务场景进行技术落地与创新验证。\n\n【任职要求】\n\n1、学历与经验：统招本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业，具备 2-3 年全栈开发经验，有完整 Web 项目从 0 到 1 的独立开发及上线经验；\n\n2、后端技能：基础扎实，精通 Python、Node.js 或 Go（至少熟练掌握其中一种），熟练使用 FastAPI、Flask、Express、NestJS 等至少一种主流后端框架；\n\n3、前端技能：熟练掌握 React 或 Vue3 框架，精通 HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript，熟练使用 TypeScript 及现代 CSS 构建方案，具备良好的组件化抽象能力；\n\n4、AI 技术栈：熟悉常见开源及商业大模型 API 的集成与参数调优；了解 RAG 底层原理，熟悉至少一种主流向量数据库（如 Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone, Chroma 等）的应用；\n\n5、基础设施与中间件：熟练掌握 MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB 及 Redis 的使用与优化；熟练使用 Git，熟悉 Linux 操作系统，了解 Docker 容器化技术及 CI/CD 基础部署流程；\n\n6、综合素质：具备极强的自我驱动力与技术好奇心，能够快速适应 AI 领域的高速技术迭代；逻辑严密，具备优秀的复杂问题解决能力与团队协作精神。\n\n加分项：\n\n有实际的 AI 商业化产品（SaaS / 生产力工具类应用）开发与落地经验者优先；\n\n具备复杂的 Prompt Engineering 实操经验，或有开源大模型（如 Llama, Qwen 等）部署与微调（Fine-tuning）经验者优先；\n\n活跃的开源社区参与者，在 GitHub 等平台有 AI/全栈相关高质量开源项目贡献者优先；\n\n熟悉 Serverless 架构，或有海外（出海）项目开发背景者优先。\n\n熟悉 OpenClaw、Hermes 等前沿 AI Agent
