The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture, code quality, team mentoring, project delivery, and hands-on development.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of Web and Mobile developers.\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.\n\n- Provide strong technical leadership across MERN Stack and React Native projects.\n\n- Participate in system architecture, technical design, and technology decisions.\n\n- Develop robust and scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.\n\n- Build responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js.\n\n- Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.\n\n- Design and optimize databases using MongoDB.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards, security, and best practices.\n\n- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.\n\n- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.\n\n- Break down requirements into technical tasks and provide accurate estimates.\n\n- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality.\n\n- Guide the team in debugging, testing, deployment, and production support.\n\n- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.\n\n- Ensure applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.\n\n- Mentor team members and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.\n\nTechnical Skills :\n\n- Frontend : React.js, JavaScript/ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Web Design, Redux/Context API, API integration.\n\n- Backend : Node.js, Express.js, RESTful API development, Microservices architecture, JWT/OAuth, API security.\n\n- Database : MongoDB, Aggregation pipelines, Indexing, Performance tuning.\n\n- Mobile : React Native, Android & iOS development, Push notifications, Deep linking.\n\n- DevOps/Cloud : Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker.\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills :\n\n- Strong team leadership and people-management skills.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.\n\n- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n- Ability to make sound technical decisions.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.\n\n- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.\n\n- Ownership mindset with a focus on quality and delivery.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- TypeScript, Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Docker & Kubernetes, Microservices, Redis, Kafka, Jest/Mocha, Agile/Scrum methodology.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- 7 -
