Our success is built on strong, long-term partnerships with our clients.\nWe are seeking an Epicor Financial Implementation Consultant to guide our clients through their ERP transformations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex manufacturing accounting workflows and Epicor technology. You will lead client-facing workshops, configure financial modules, and ensure successful go-lives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Advisory & Workshop Facilitation: Lead discovery sessions, gather business requirements, map current-to-future state processes, and advise clients on industry best practices.\n\nFull-Lifecycle Implementation: Actively participate in all project phases for Epicor Financial modules-from system design and configuration to data migration, UAT testing, user training, and post-go-live support.\n\nCore Financial & Cost Accounting Setup: Configure General Ledger (GL), AP/AR, Multi-Company/Intercompany setups, and manufacturing Cost Accounting (standard costing, WIP tracking, variance analysis).\n\nTax & Integrations: Assist with transactional tax setup and third-party integrations (e.g., Avalara / Epicor Tax Connect) where applicable.\n\nChange Management & Training: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders (Controllers, CFOs, Finance Teams) to drive user adoption and system optimization.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\n1. Epicor Expertise (E10 or Kinetic)\nProven hands-on experience with Epicor 10 or Epicor Kinetic Financial modules.\n\nDeep understanding of financial workflows within a manufacturing or distribution environment.\n\n2. Implementation Experience\nDirect involvement in Epicor ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects (as an external consultant or an internal Lead/Super User).\n\nSolid grasp of cost accounting principles, GAAP/IFRS, and financial reporting.\n\n3. Strong Client-Facing & Consulting Skills\nExcellent communication and presentation skills (ability to translate technical ERP concepts for non-technical business users).\n\nProven ability to manage client expectations, challenge inefficient processes diplomatically, and drive projects forward.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nExperience in an external consulting firm or as a dedicated internal ERP Lead/Super User.\n\nCPA, CMA, or official Epicor certifications are strong assets.\n\nWhat we offer \nFully remote position in Canada or USA (no relocation required).
