Your responsibilities will include:\nAnalyzing clients’ business needs and objectives to recommend tailored ERP solutions.\nConfiguring, testing, and deploying the Epicor ERP system based on client requirements.\nProviding user training and change management support to facilitate adoption.\nDrafting functional specifications for custom enhancements, integrations, and reports.\nManaging and tracking project progress, including resource planning, prioritization, and deadlines.\nTroubleshooting and providing technical and functional support to clients.\nAssisting with data migration and integration with existing systems.\nCollaborating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless implementations.\nMaintaining Epicor certification and continuously developing your skills.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nAsset : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.\nRequested : Proven experience in Epicor ERP implementation or working within an Epicor ERP environment as a SME/super user.\nRequested : Knowledge of Epicor Kinetic: 2 years or more.\nPrevious knowledge of Epicor 10 is considered an asset.\nEpicor certification is considered an asset.\nStrong communication and client relationship management skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.\nAvailability for regular travel
