with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.\nManage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.\nPerform system imaging for laptops and desktops.\nSupport printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations.\nAssist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies.\nProvide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.\nSupport Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting.\nInstall and troubleshoot compliance/security software.\nProvide support for Mac devices alongside Windows systems.\nEnsure adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nDocument incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.\nSupport after-hours activities, events, and recurring meetings when required.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nStrong knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting and configuration.\nHands-on experience with hardware support and peripheral devices.\nBasic networking knowledge including DHCP, DNS, and LAN connectivity.\nExperience in printer/network printer setup and troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with Office 365 support.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently in a dynamic environment.\nExperience in inventory management and vendor
