implementation priorities.\nProvide architecture expertise across relevant modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, and IRM/GRC.\nArchitect enterprise integrations using APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.\nDefine CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance approaches.\nGuide developers and review designs to promote out-of-the-box functionality, minimize customization, and support future upgrades.\nOversee security, technical quality, performance, and production readiness.\nSupport proposals, RFPs, demonstrations, estimates, and Statements of Work.\nMentor technical teams and establish reusable architecture standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of IT or consulting experience, including 5+ years working with ServiceNow.\nProven experience architecting and delivering complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations.\nDeep expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules and strong knowledge of platform architecture, workflows, security, and integrations.\nHands-on knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, scoped applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and access controls.\nExperience with implementations, upgrades, migrations, and technical governance.\nStrong customer-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and technical leadership skills.\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional
