Full-Time\nRole Overview\nTeceze is looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter specializing in sourcing and recruiting Field IT Support Engineers across the United States.\nThe recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, shortlisting, and closing qualified IT infrastructure professionals for onsite, field support, smart hands, data center, network support, and desktop support requirements.\nThis is a highly target-driven recruitment position requiring strong sourcing capabilities, knowledge of US IT recruitment, and the ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource qualified Field IT Support Engineers across the United States using LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, job boards, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.\nRecruit candidates for Full-Time, Contract, Dispatch, On-Demand, and Project-based Field IT Support roles.\nUnderstand technical job requirements and identify candidates matching the required technology, location, experience, and availability.\nConduct initial screening calls to assess:\nTechnical experience\nCommunication skills\nLocation and travel availability\nShift availability\nCompensation/rate expectations\nNotice period and joining availability\nMaintain a strong candidate pipeline across major US cities and states.\nBuild and maintain a database of readily available Field Engineers for current and future requirements.\nCoordinate interviews between candidates, recruitment teams, technical teams, and service delivery teams.\nFollow up with shortlisted candidates until interview completion, offer acceptance, documentation, onboarding, and deployment.\nMaintain regular communication with candidates to minimize candidate dropouts.\nWork closely with the Service Delivery and Operations teams to understand urgent and upcoming field resource requirements.\nMaintain accurate recruitment information and candidate status in the company's ATS/CRM/recruitment system.\nProvide daily reporting on sourcing activity, shortlisted profiles, interviews, offers, and closures.\nRecruitment Targets / KPIs\nThe position will be measured against clearly defined recruitment targets:\nDaily Target\nMinimum 10 qualified and relevant shortlisted profiles per day.\nProfiles must meet the technical skills, location, availability, and commercial requirements of the position.\nMonthly Target\nMinimum 20 successful candidate closures per month.\nClosure means candidates successfully completing the recruitment process and accepting/joining the assigned position or project.\nAdditional performance metrics will include:\nShortlist-to-interview conversion ratio\nInterview-to-selection ratio\nOffer-to-joining ratio\nCandidate response rate\nCandidate dropout rate\nTurnaround time for urgent requirements\nAccuracy and quality of submitted profiles\nPrimary Roles to Recruit\nThe recruiter should have prior sourcing Desktop Support, Field Support, Smart Hands, Network Support, and Data Center Support Engineers.\nGood understanding of the US IT recruitment market.\nExperience recruiting candidates across multiple US states and cities.\nStrong experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate databases.\nAbility to independently manage multiple urgent
