Change, Asset, and CMDB modules in Zoho SDP.\nConfigure Service Catalogs, Business Rules, SLAs, Workflows, Approvals, Automation, Notifications, and Templates in SDP.\nManage Asset Management and CMDB configuration, including relationships between users, assets, and configuration items.\nDevelop custom applications and functionalities using Zoho Creator.\nWrite and maintain Deluge scripts for automation and custom business logic.\nConfigure and customize Zoho CRM, including modules, layouts, workflows, functions, blueprints, and automation.\nWork with Zoho People for HR and employee-related integrations and automation.\nBuild integrations between Zoho applications using Zoho Flow, APIs, Webhooks, and custom functions.\nWork with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, authentication mechanisms, and API-based integrations.\nDevelop dashboards and reports using Zoho Analytics.\nTroubleshoot application, integration, workflow, and automation issues.\nPerform testing, debugging, deployment, and post-production support.\nPrepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and solution design documents.\nWork closely with business analysts, IT teams, and clients to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\nFollow best practices for security, data access, integration, and application performance.\nRequired Technical Skills:\nZoho ServiceDesk Plus –
