Extensive experience designing testing strategies, test plans, and comprehensive test suites.\nExpert knowledge of manual and automated testing approaches for web, mobile, and API services. \nDeep understanding of agile testing methodologies including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), exploratory testing, and shift-left practices. \n • Proven track record working in and leading agile development environments. \nPreferred requirements: \nProfessional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC, or equivalent senior-level certifications. \nAdvanced experience with data visualisation and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. \nIn-depth knowledge of government systems, policies, digital services, data governance, and cybersecurity frameworks. \nStrong understanding of cloud technologies, enterprise architecture principles, and modern application development approaches. \nProven experience leading public sector digital transformation, citizen services, or regulatory compliance initiatives. \nExpertise in design thinking, service design, and user-centred design methodologies. \nExperience with performance testing tools and strategies (JMeter, Gatling, k6, Locust).
