The role will focus on ensuring application stability, data integrity, security, performance,and business continuity throughout the migration.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and lead the cloud-specific testing strategy, covering functional and non-functional testing requirements.\nDevelop testing approaches for data security, migration integrity, cross-region latency, performance, resilience, and cloud auto-scaling.\nPartner closely with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure and Application teams to implement automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.\nEstablish and manage dynamic, on-demand cloud test environments to support efficient testing and avoid infrastructure bottlenecks.\nIdentify and prioritize mission-critical business workflows and define risk-based testing priorities.\nLead phased testing across lift-and-shift validation, hybrid-cloud integrations, system integration testing, regression testing and shadow production runs.\nEstablish validation controls to identify and mitigate data loss, data corruption, application compatibility and integration risks.\nDefine test entry/exit criteria, defect management processes, test metrics and readiness criteria for migration waves.\nCoordinate testing across multiple technology and business stakeholders and provide regular status, risk and readiness reporting.\nSupport cutover, production validation and post-migration stabilization activities.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n10+ years of experience in software testing/quality engineering, including significant experience in a Test Manager or Test Lead role.\nProven experience managing testing for application migration or cloud transformation projects.\nStrong hands-on understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud migration concepts.\nExperience with Lift & Shift / rehosting migration projects.\nStrong knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance, security, resilience, scalability and latency testing.\nExperience working with CI/CD, DevOps and test automation frameworks/pipelines.\nExperience testing data migration, data integrity and application-to-application integrations.\nStrong understanding of hybrid cloud environments and production validation / shadow testing.\nExperience managing large-scale testing activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nStrong risk management, planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred\nGCP certification such as Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect or equivalent.\nExperience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes and automated testing frameworks.\nExperience in regulated or mission-critical environments such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Telecommunications.\nWhen you apply, you
