Business Analysis & Solution Discovery\nGather, analyze, and interpret business, customer, and market information to identify opportunities for business improvement and growth.\nEngage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and operational requirements.\nConduct business analysis, gap assessment, root cause analysis, and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.\nAssess business impacts, benefits, risks, and implementation considerations of proposed solutions.\nRecommend practical and value-driven solutions to address business needs and customer pain points.\nSupport development of business cases and solution proposals for decision-making.\nKey Accountabilities (2)\n2. Requirements Definition & Journey Development\nElicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.\nDevelop business requirement documents, process flows, user journeys, and business rules.\nAnalyze current-state and future-state processes to support transformation initiatives.\nEnsure requirements accurately reflect business needs and desired customer outcomes.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business strategies and customer experience objectives.\n3. Solution Development Support\nSupport the design and implementation of business solutions and customer journeys.\nWork closely with product, project, operations, and technology teams to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered effectively.\nParticipate in solution reviews and provide clarification on business requirements throughout the development lifecycle.\nSupport user acceptance testing and business validation activities.\nMonitor solution effectiveness and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization.\n4. Product Development Exposure\nSupport Product Owners in identifying and evaluating enhancement opportunities.\nParticipate in product discovery and solution ideation activities.\nContribute business insights and customer perspectives during prioritization discussions.\nAssist with backlog refinement and user story preparation where applicable.\nDevelop understanding of product management, customer value creation, and solution ownership practices.\nKey Accountabilities (3)\n5.
