This opportunity is specifically designed for recent college graduates and individuals beginning their careers in recruiting. Previous IT recruiting, technical recruiting, or professional recruiting experience is not required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.\n\nIn this role, you will learn how to identify, engage, screen, and coordinate candidates for technology positions involving Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and related technologies.\nThe ideal candidate does not need to be a technology expert. We are looking for someone who is curious about technology, enjoys working with people, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nRun 80+ outbound calls per day plus LinkedIn Recruiter outreach to build a live pipeline of candidates for Cloud, AI, and Data Engineering tracks\nSource with intent — Boolean search, saved-search alerts, InMail sequencing, referrals, and job portals\nPre-qualify on background, motivation, timeline, and financial readiness before advancing candidates in the funnel\nPitch the training program with credibility: what candidates learn, where it places them, and what the market pays\nOwn funnel metrics end to end — dials, connects, qualified conversations, interviews, enrollments — and know your conversion rate at every stage\nKeep the ATS/CRM immaculate; every touch logged, every stage current\nFollow up with discipline — the enrollment usually closes on the fifth conversation, not the first\nReport pipeline health and forecast monthly closes to leadership each week\nConsistently close 8+ candidates each month for our various training offerings\n\nWHAT YOU BRING\nCandidate Sourcing\nLearn how to identify qualified technology professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, databases, and other sourcing platforms.\nConduct online research to identify potential candidates for Cloud, AI, and Data Engineering positions.\nBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future technology openings.\nLearn and apply basic Boolean search techniques.\nResearch technical skills, certifications, education, and professional backgrounds.\nResume Screening\nReview candidate resumes against job descriptions and hiring requirements.\nIdentify relevant technical skills, education, certifications, and experience.\nCompare candidate qualifications with specific requirements for Cloud, AI, and Data Engineering positions.\nMaintain accurate candidate notes and recruitment records.\nLearn to recognize common technology terminology and job titles.\nCandidate Communication\nContact potential candidates through email, telephone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.\nIntroduce candidates to available career opportunities.\nConduct initial candidate qualification and screening conversations.\nAnswer basic candidate questions and provide information about the recruitment process.\nMaintain professional and positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.\nInterview Coordination\nSchedule interviews between candidates and recruiters, hiring managers, and technical interviewers.\nCoordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones when necessary.\nCommunicate interview details and instructions to candidates.\nTrack interview progress and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate interview and candidate records.\n\nCOMPENSATION\nCompetitive monthly compensation in USD, based on experience.\nUncapped performance incentives tied to monthly enrollments; renewable term based on results.\n\nWHO THRIVES HERE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY\nResilient and target-driven — rejection is data, not discouragement\nPersuasive without being pushy; people trust you quickly because you listen first\nGenuinely invested in the outcome — you're selling someone a career, not a seat\nIndividuals who are outgoing, confident, and seeking a career in human capital management\n\nEQUAL OPPORTUNITY\n\nWe are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
