capital budgets, cash flow, and variances; forecast future operating costs Epic licensing and post-live support staffing.\nProvide progress reporting and decision support to executive leadership technical dress rehearsals (TDR) and clinical cutover plans.\nOversee the creation of technical \"run books\" to ensure a smooth transition from project teams to permanent Epic maintenance and clinical informatics operations.\nRequirements\nExperience & Skills\nExpert knowledge of PM principles and project tracking metrics.\nDirect experience managing Epic EHR implementations within a large-scale healthcare environment (preferably new builds/greenfield projects).\nProven ability to lead matrixed teams across IT, Facilities, and Clinical domains.\nAbility to influence stakeholders without direct authority and present to executive management.\nStrong vendor negotiation and contract management skills (Epic Systems and third-party integrated partners).\nDemonstrated ability to anticipate obstacles and plan contingencies in complex environments.\nEpic Certification or Proficiency in one or more modules (e.g., Epic Clinical Content, Willow, or Bridges) is highly preferred.\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or Healthcare (Master’s preferred).\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) Certification.\nPreferred Knowledge of California HCAI requirements, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, or Healthcare Construction
