Define project scope, develop detailed schedules, plan resources, oversee budgets, and mitigate risks.\nLead and coordinate cross-functional project teams. Facilitate project meetings, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across all internal and external stakeholders.\nMonitor and report on project progress, key milestones, and overall status. Proactively communicate updates, blockers, and successes to executive leadership and client stakeholders.\nManage third-party vendor relationships and system integration activities. Identify, track, and escalate technical risks and issues as appropriate.\nCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including proposals, project charters, detailed project plans, and executive status reports.\nRequirements\nDirect, hands-on experience with Epic Beaker CP/AP (Laboratory) and/or Epic Willow Pharmacy implementations, including a deep understanding of associated clinical and operational workflows.\nProven experience working within health system environments and a strong working knowledge of large-scale healthcare IT initiatives and their organizational impacts.\nDemonstrated knowledge of project management principles, frameworks, and methodologies (including PMI, Agile, and Waterfall).\nExceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
