Hire\nLocation: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid on-site)\nPay: $90-100/hour\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage a team of Clinical Applications and Imaging IT analysts.\nPartner with IT and departmental leadership on strategic planning, team priorities, processes, and objectives.\nOversee support and service delivery for enterprise imaging applications, including PACS, VNA, Epic Radiant, diagnostic and enterprise clinical viewers, voice recognition, and imaging post-processing systems.\nProvide leadership across imaging workflows and technologies involving DICOM, HL7, networking, interfaces, and image storage/distribution.\nManage and develop technical staff, including coaching, performance management, workload prioritization, and professional development.\nSupport project delivery, change management, application portfolio management, and ongoing technology/infrastructure initiatives.\nPartner across clinical, technical, and operational teams to develop patient-centric imaging solutions.\nMaintain strong ITIL and SDLC practices across the team.\nParticipate in after-hours/on-call coverage as required.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience managing technical staff.\nStrong experience within Imaging IT, radiology applications, PACS, VNA, or enterprise imaging environments.\nWorking knowledge of DICOM and HL7.\nExperience managing a software/application support team in a complex healthcare environment.\nUnderstanding of enterprise networking concepts, including routing, firewalls, load balancers, and network security.\nExperience leading change management initiatives across multiple teams or departments.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.\nPreferred Qualifications\nEpic Radiant and/or Bridges certification.\nCertified Imaging Informatics Professional (CIIP).\nExperience with HL7 FHIR and DICOMweb.\nARRT or other clinical license.\nAdvanced
