You will be responsible for developing enhancements, reports, integrations, and technical solutions while collaborating with business users, functional consultants, and external vendors to optimize ERP performance and support business operations. \nKey Responsibilities\nSAP Development & Customization\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy SAP Business One customizations and enhancements. \n\nDevelop user-defined fields (UDFs), user-defined tables (UDTs), formatted searches, stored procedures, and transaction notifications. \n\nBuild and maintain integrations between SAP B1 and third-party applications. \n\nDevelop and optimize SQL/HANA queries, Crystal Reports, dashboards, and customized reports. \n\nTroubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues. \n\nERP Implementation & Support\nParticipate in SAP B1 implementation, migration, upgrade, and rollout projects. \n\nProvide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for SAP B1 users. \n\nSupport implementation teams through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. \n\nCoordinate with SAP partners and external vendors for issue resolution and product enhancements. \n\nBusiness Analysis & Solution Design\nGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. \n\nConvert business requirements into technical specifications and development solutions. \n\nDesign Business Blueprint Documents and technical design documentation. \n\nPerform business process mapping and recommend system improvements. \n\nReporting & Data Management\nDesign, develop, and maintain management reports using Crystal Reports and SAP B1 reporting tools. \n\nPerform data migration, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities. \n\nEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems. \n\nSupport business intelligence and analytics initiatives. \n\nSystem Administration & Performance Optimization\nMonitor ERP performance and optimize databases, integrations, and add-ons. \n\nManage SAP B1 authorizations, licenses, workflows, and approval procedures. \n\nEnsure system security, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance with company policies. \n\nRecommend and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance. \n\nDocumentation & Training\nPrepare technical documentation, support handover documents, SOPs, and user manuals. \n\nConduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. \n\nProvide technical guidance and support to internal teams. \n\nLeadership & Mentorship\nLead and mentor junior SAP developers, consultants, and support staff. \n\nReview code quality and enforce development best practices. \n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP projects successfully. \n\nAct as a technical subject matter expert for SAP Business One
