The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, with a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, Agile methodologies, and enterprise application delivery.\nThe Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks and dependencies, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n13+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within enterprise technology or AI-driven programs.\nProven experience managing AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, or intelligent automation projects.\nStrong understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles, including data preparation, model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.\nHands-on experience working with AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, or Machine Learning platforms.\nStrong experience with Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.\nExperience managing technical teams comprising AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps professionals.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\nExperience working with distributed teams, third-party vendors, and technology partners.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nExperience with project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery governance.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, API integrations, and enterprise application architecture.\nExcellent reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI & Technical Project Delivery\nLead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.\nCollaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.\nCoordinate AI model development, data integration, API development, testing, deployment, and production rollout activities.\nEnsure AI solutions align with business requirements, technical standards, and organizational objectives.\nProject & Stakeholder Management\nManage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.\nCoordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.\nConduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership.\nIdentify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nManage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize competing business requirements.\nGovernance & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to enterprise project management standards, SDLC processes, and delivery governance.\nCollaborate with security, compliance, and architecture teams to ensure responsible and secure AI implementation.\nTrack project KPIs, budgets, resource utilization, and overall delivery performance.\nMaintain project documentation, RAID logs, project plans, and executive-level reports.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster certification.\nExperience managing AI transformation or enterprise GenAI initiatives.\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.\nExperience with AI governance, data privacy, model risk management, and responsible AI practices.\nPrior experience in financial services, payments, insurance, or other enterprise
