In this role, you will bridge cybersecurity engineering, vulnerability management, and AI governance with organizational risk strategies.\nYou will work closely with senior leadership and project stakeholders to align cybersecurity initiatives with corporate objectives, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, oversee SOC operations, design advanced threat detection protocols, and build secure communication framework strategies across hosted enterprise production environments.\nKey ResponsibilitiesAI Security & Governance:\nAlign cybersecurity initiatives with corporate goals, establishing strategies and governance frameworks for secure AI adoption and security operations.\n\nClearly evaluate and convey technical risks, incident statuses, and mitigation strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders.\n\nSecurity Operations Center (SOC) & Incident Response:\nOversee SOC operations to ensure the team is equipped with modern tooling, automated processes, and threat intelligence.\n\nDesign and execute advanced threat detection and incident response protocols for rapid identification, containment, and remediation of security events.\n\nPrepare detailed SOC performance reports and executive insights covering compliance, operational effectiveness, and security KPIs.\n\nVulnerability Management & Secure SDLC:\nDrive vulnerability management programs across full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments.\n\nImplement secure communication protocols to safeguard sensitive data and ensure the integrity of infrastructure security systems.\n\nIntegrate physical security controls with cybersecurity protocols for comprehensive infrastructure protection.\n\nProject Execution & Team Leadership:\nOversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects, managing resources, risks, and timelines effectively.\n\nMentor junior cybersecurity professionals, fostering technical excellence, continuous learning, and skills development within the security operations domain.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Top SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience/training).\n\nCore Experience Requirements:\n3 to 5 years of experience in Vulnerability Management.\n\n3 to 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering.\n\n3 to 5+ years of full SDLC experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications in hosted production environments.\n\n3 to 5+ years of experience with open-source technologies, system design, and software architecture.\n\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsAdvanced Degree: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), or a related technical discipline.\n\nExtended SDLC: 5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.\n\nGenAI & LLM Security: Hands-on experience developing, integrating, or securing generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Meta Llama).\n\nCertifications: Professional certification in Python Programming or Artificial Intelligence / Machine
