experience.\n\n- 3+ years in a Lead Engineer/Technical Lead role managing onshore/offshore teams.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET Core, React/JavaScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.\n\n- Strong experience in JavaScript, microservices, web services, and enterprise application development.\n\n- Hands-on AWS experience with Lambda, ECS, Aurora, RDS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.\n\n- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB.\n\n- Strong knowledge of performance engineering, scalability, logging, metrics, and distributed tracing.\n\n- Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, automation, and CI/CD.\n\n- Practical experience with AI coding assistants and AI/agentic development.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- TypeScript, Next.js, HTML5, CSS.\n\n- Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- TDD/BDD and CI/CD pipeline ownership.\n\n- Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.\n\n- Experience with higher education technology
