Role Summary :
Develop and maintain an internal AI-assisted engineering platform used by AMD silicon validation teams. The role covers the full stack - React frontend, TypeScript backend services, Python microservices, and production deployment on internal Linux infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain the React frontend (chat interface, dashboards, diagram and spreadsheet viewers)
- Develop TypeScript backend services - REST APIs, WebSocket streaming, session and state management
- Design and optimize SQLite schemas for session, audit, and pipeline data
- Develop and maintain Python services (Flask/FastAPI dashboards, data ingestion, Excel/CSV processing)
- Implement and maintain authentication - LDAP/AD integration, JWT, API keys, role-based access control
- Own deployment and operations - nginx reverse proxy, HTTPS, PM2/systemd, logging, healthchecks
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines on GitHub Actions with self-hosted runners
- Participate in code review and maintain engineering standards across the monorepo
Mandatory Skills:
- TypeScript - strong, production experience
- React 18+, Vite, TailwindCSS
- Node.js (Bun experience an advantage)
- REST API and WebSocket development
- Python 3.11 - Flask, FastAPI
- SQL / SQLite - schema design, indexing, query optimization
- Authentication - LDAP/Active Directory, JWT, RBAC
- Linux administration and shell scripting (bash)
- nginx - reverse proxy, TLS/HTTPS, WebSocket proxying
- Process management - PM2 or systemd
- Git, GitHub pull-request workflow, GitHub Actions
Preferred Skills:
- Monaco Editor, React Flow, or Mermaid-based UI work
- OpenTelemetry, structured logging, observability
- Corporate network troubleshooting - proxies, certificates, LDAPS
- Experience working in a monorepo environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-6 years professional web development, TypeScript
Expected Deliverables:
- Feature delivery against the roadmap
- Stable production deployment with documented runbooks
- Maintained CI/CD pipelines and test coverage
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with Agentic AI framework development
- Expertise in handling production databases
- Must take ownership of tasks and work independently
- 5 days onsite at Sattva, Hyderabad
Interview Process:
- 3-4 rounds during onsite drive
