This individual will serve as both a strategic architect and hands-on engineer, partnering closely with the Salesforce Administrator and business stakeholders to drive platform enhancements, streamline processes, and support business growth. This is a highly visible role that requires strong technical expertise, architecture experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on configuration and development while helping establish long-term Salesforce best practices and governance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the overall Salesforce architecture and platform strategy\nDesign and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives\nWork closely with the Salesforce Administrator on day-to-day platform enhancements and support\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nLead Salesforce customization efforts including workflows, flows, automation, security, and data management\nDevelop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs when required\nEvaluate existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and adoption\nEstablish platform governance, development standards, and best practices\nSupport integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to internal team members\nCollaborate with a Business Analyst who will assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and project coordination\nEnsure system scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability\nRequirements:\n7+ years of Salesforce experience\n3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience\nStrong hands-on Salesforce configuration and development background\nExperience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions\nExpertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud\nExperience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and governance\nExperience leading Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap discussions\nAbility to work directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership\nExcellent communication and documentation skills\nNice to have:\nSalesforce Architect certifications\nExperience with Experience Cloud\nExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, or other enterprise platforms\nExperience leading Salesforce transformation or modernization initiatives\nConsulting or client-facing experience\nPrior experience supporting growing or fast-paced organizations\nLocation:\n3-4 days onsite in Roseville, Ca\nEmployment type:\nContract\n* Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time\nTech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
