This role requires hands-on experience with SQL Server, REST APIs, TypeScript, and Node.js, along with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and deliver reliable solutions in complex environments with limited documentation. The ideal candidate can do more than maintain existing code. They can build adapters, develop integration capabilities, and incrementally replace legacy functionality while minimizing disruption to existing systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance applications using C#/.NET and Angular\nTroubleshoot SQL Server queries, data access issues, and production performance problems\nBuild and integrate REST APIs and system-to-system integrations\nDevelop adapters and incremental replacement capabilities to modernize existing systems\nWork across TypeScript and Node.js codebases to support integrations and application functionality\nImplement automated tests to improve code quality, reliability, and maintainability\nInvestigate and resolve issues in production systems with incomplete or outdated documentation\nDeliver incremental improvements while protecting existing functionality and minimizing operational risk\nCollaborate with engineering teams to understand existing systems, identify technical risks, and implement practical solutions\nRequirements:\nStrong hands-on experience with C# and .NET application development\nStrong experience developing applications with Angular\nSolid experience troubleshooting SQL Server, including queries, data access, and performance issues\nExperience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs\nProficiency with TypeScript and Node.js\nExperience implementing automated tests and maintaining reliable software\nAbility to navigate, troubleshoot, and safely modify complex production systems with limited documentation\nExperience building adapters, integrations, or replacement components that allow legacy functionality to be modernized incrementally\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in existing codebases\nNice to have:\nExperience modernizing legacy applications or replacing legacy functionality incrementally\nExperience with complex system integrations and data migration\nFamiliarity with strategies for reducing risk when deploying changes to established production systems\nEmployment Type:\nContract\nTech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
