This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role that combines deep expertise in DNS, networking, PKI, and agentic AI protocols with solutions architecture, technical consulting, and proof-of-concept development. You will work closely with customers, product, engineering, and business teams to translate technical requirements into practical solutions, demonstrate product capabilities, and support successful customer integrations. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading technical customer conversations, designing solution architectures, and building working prototypes using modern programming languages, REST APIs, and cloud technologies.\nKey Responsibilities: \nAct as the technical lead in customer meetings, discovery calls, workshops, and demos.\nSpeak in depth about DNS (resolution, DNSSEC, zone management, registries and registrars) and how it supports identity and trust.\nExplain networking fundamentals to technical and non-technical audiences: TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP, routing, load balancing, and CDNs.\nAdvise customers on PKI: certificate lifecycle, certificate authorities, chains of trust, mTLS, and key management.\nGuide customers on agentic AI protocols such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent (A2A), including agent discovery, identity, authentication, and authorization.\nDesign and build proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes that show how the client's products solve real customer problems.\nTranslate customer requirements into solution architectures, integration plans, and technical documentation.\nAnswer technical questions in RFPs, security reviews, and solution proposals.\nShare customer feedback with product and engineering to shape the roadmap.\nCreate reusable demos, reference architectures, and enablement content for sales and partner teams.\nRequirements:\n5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.\nDeep, hands-on knowledge of DNS, including DNSSEC, record types, resolvers, and authoritative servers.\nStrong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S, and common network architectures.\nPractical experience with PKI: X.509 certificates, certificate authorities, certificate lifecycle management, and mTLS.\nWorking knowledge of agentic AI and LLM integration, including protocols such as MCP and A2A, and how agents discover, authenticate, and call each other.\nProven ability to build POCs quickly using Python, Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages, plus REST APIs.\nExperience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.
