are looking for an experienced System Administrator who will efficiently support the company's IT infrastructure and partially perform network administrator functions.\n\nThis is a full-time position based in our Lviv office.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nUser technical support:\n\nAdministration and support of macOS and Windows devices;\n\nDiagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on laptops/MacBooks;\n\nSetting up workstations and issuing equipment to new employees.\n\nNetwork infrastructure administration:\n\nConfiguration and support of Ubiquiti (UniFi) equipment — access points, switches, VLANs;\n\nAdministration of Cisco network equipment;\n\nEnsuring stable operation of the local network and internet connection.\n\nDevice management systems administration:\n\nWorking with ManageEngine, MDM, Microsoft Intune, Jamf — deployment, policy management, updates;\n\nCentralized management of the company's device fleet.\n\nMonitoring and logging systems administration:\n\nConfiguration and support of Zabbix, Wazuh;\n\nLog analysis, incident detection and response.\n\nLicense management:\n\nTracking, renewal, and control of software licenses.\n\nJira/Confluence administration:\n\nManaging users, access rights, projects, and workflows.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS:\n\nMust have:\n\n3+ years of experience as a System Administrator;\n\nAdvanced user and administration experience with Google Workspace, Slack;\n\nExperience with macOS and Windows devices;\n\nExperience with device management and administration systems (ManageEngine, MDM, Intune, Jamf);\n\nSkills in administering Jira/Confluence;\n\nReadiness for multitasking and ability to make quick decisions;\n\nStrong communication skills and a high level of self-organization;\n\nUnderstanding of basic information security and information hygiene standards;\n\nAt least Intermediate level of English;\n\nExperience with network equipment: configuration, firmware upgrades/updates, understanding of DNS and DHCP server principles.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience administering monitoring/logging systems (Zabbix, Wazuh);\n\nExperience with license management;\n\nSkills with cloud platforms (AWS);\n\nExperience with Claude Code (MCP connectors, API).\n\nINTERVIEW STAGES:\n\nCall with a recruiter;\n\nInterview with the Head of Support and
