note that this position is open to candidates from Lviv.\n\nJOB REQUIREMENTS:\n\nMust have:\n\n2+ years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year in a coordination or project/product management role\n\nUpper-Intermediate or Advanced spoken English\n\nStrong communication and emotional intelligence; ability to adapt style to different personalities and situations\n\nIndependent judgment, ownership, and confidence handling ambiguous or difficult situations\n\nActively uses AI tools and understands key AI concepts well enough to contribute to AI initiative coordination\nNice to have:\n\nExperience working with US clients\n\nExperience working with healthcare products\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n\nMaintain frequent, proactive communication with key client stakeholders, providing visibility into project progress, priorities, blockers, and upcoming releases\n\nBuild a strong relationship with the client and manage a highly involved stakeholder who expects regular communication and visibility\n\nWork with client requirements, including AI-generated requirements and prototypes — identify the actual business need and validate proposed solutions with the team before development\n\nCoordinate the internal team, ensuring everyone understands tasks, priorities, responsibilities, and deadlines\n\nProactively identify missing requirements, unclear tasks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive them toward resolution\n\nBuild good relationships with individual team members and adapt communication style accordingly\n\nConduct regular 1:1s and team syncs to understand concerns, motivation, workload, and delivery risks\n\nMaintain accountability without unnecessary pressure, using communication, trust, and influence\n\nCoordinate QA and twice-weekly production releases, ensuring release scope and statuses are properly maintained in Jira\n\nAct as the bridge between the client, the TechMagic team, and the client-side development team\nPROJECT\n\nCustomer: Multiple clients, including a US-based healthcare company.\n\nType: Mixed portfolio of projects, including a Healthcare / HealthTech solution.\n\nWork schedule: Full-time working day (flexible hours),
