This role requires expertise in designing multi-agent ecosystems, orchestrating autonomous workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and establishing AI governance frameworks for production environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitect and design enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems for complex business use cases.\nDefine scalable AI solution architectures using LLMs, RAG, Agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.\nLead technical discovery workshops to identify AI transformation opportunities and translate business requirements into solution blueprints.\nDesign and implement agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.\nEstablish reference architectures for AI observability, governance, security guardrails, compliance, and monitoring.\nArchitect integrations between AI agents and enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business systems.\nProvide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, from architecture and prototype development through enterprise deployment.\nGuide engineering teams in developing, optimizing, and scaling AI-driven applications.\nDefine best practices for retrieval engineering, vector search, knowledge management, and RAG architectures.\nDrive continuous improvement of AI solutions through performance analysis, user feedback, and operational insights.\nRequired Skills\n8+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.\nStrong hands-on programming expertise in Python and Java.\nProven experience designing and implementing Agentic AI and Multi-Agent architectures.\nDeep expertise with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or comparable AI workflow platforms.\nStrong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, retrieval engineering, and knowledge systems.\nExperience building autonomous AI workflows with enterprise-grade API integrations.\nHands-on experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, governance, security controls, and responsible AI practices.\nStrong understanding of cloud-native architecture and enterprise AI deployment patterns.\nAbility to translate business challenges into scalable AI architecture and technology solutions.\nExperience leading architecture discussions with business, product, and engineering stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience designing AI solutions for Finance, Accounting, Close Management, or Enterprise Operations.\nUnderstanding of Month-End Close (MEC) and Year-End Close (YEC) processes.\nExperience architecting enterprise AI solutions across regulated environments.\nCustomer-facing consulting, solution architecture, or advisory experience.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.\nFamiliarity with AI governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise security patterns.\nExperience leading architecture reviews and technical strategy discussions with executive stakeholders.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nSolution Architect who remains hands-on with development.\nStrong background in Enterprise AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI platforms.\nCapable of owning architecture decisions while actively building prototypes and production solutions.\nComfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders, business leaders, and engineering teams.\nProven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.\nThe pay range for this role is $220,000 - $230,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
