This role involves managing large-scale IT initiatives, coordinating multiple internal and external teams, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise IT environments, stakeholder management, and project governance. \nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Leadership & Strategy Lead planning and execution of large IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, and digital transformation initiatives \nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders \nEstablish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) when required \nTeam & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments, vendors, and external partners \nFacilitate effective communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership\nAssign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across all project participants \nExecution & Delivery Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations\nTrack project performance using KPIs and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) \nConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies proactively \nGovernance & Reporting\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\nPrepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders \nManage change control processes and document project decisions and outcomes. \nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.\n5+ years of experience in IT project management, including large-scale or enterprise-level projects \nStrong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred \nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with ERP implementations, cloud migrations, or legacy system modernization.\nFamiliarity with ITIL frameworks and cybersecurity compliance (e.g., SOC 2 audits) \nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). \nMUST HAVE Over all 15 years of exp with 10 Years as PM. \nShould have work as implemented large project / Infra project exp.\nThey should have presented it to the executive of the company.
