The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems and APIs that support healthcare applications.\nImplement middleware solutions and enterprise service bus (ESB) architectures to facilitate seamless system integration.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and ensure alignment with overall API strategy.\nConduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nMonitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of backend services.\nStay updated with industry trends and best practices in API development, microservices, and healthcare integration.\nDocument technical specifications, integration processes, and system architecture for future reference.\nMandatory Skills:\nProven experience in system integration, particularly within the healthcare sector.\nStrong proficiency in API design and development, including RESTful and SOAP services.\nHands-on experience with middleware technologies and enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions.\nExpertise in microservices architecture and related technologies.\nSolid understanding of database management systems and data integration techniques.\nProficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\nFamiliarity with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).\nKnowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n10-15 years of relevant experience in backend development and system integration.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a remote team environment.\nTech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
