Under a new CEO, Tech Mahindra is committed to a transformative journey with 'Scale @ Speed' as our guiding principle.\nJob Title: Avionics Integration Engineer\nWork Location: Fort Worth, TX\nOnsite/Hybrid/Remote: Onsite\nRequest ID: 590-1\nJob Description:\nThe Avionics Integration Engineer will be responsible for developing, managing, and communicating the integration & test requirements for military upgrade development programs to internal and external customers.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nApplies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, and evaluate avionics systems integration.\nCreate system performance specifications, interface control documents, and test plans/procedures\nPerforms air vehicle and systems level analysis to verify performance requirements are met\nPlans, supports, and manages integration projects to meet customer requirements.\nWorks closely with other functional disciplines to ensure compliance to all critical performance parameters.\nSuggests design improvements / spiral opportunities to improve current integrated avionics and weapon system capabilities.\nProvides technical guidance and oversight of subcontractors to verify performance, cost, and schedule requirements are met.\nWorks closely with the Business Development organization to propose technical solutions to support new business opportunities.\nQualifications/Skills:\nRequires integration experience with one or more of the following systems:\nMulti-function Displays, Digital Map, GPS, IFF, ADS-B, TCAS, ILS, Radar Altimeter, Air Data, MUOS, VHF/UHF radios, SATCOM, Datalinks\nPrefer experience with AC and DC Aircraft Power System integration\nExperience with qualifications to standards such as RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-1760, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-464\nMust have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to coordinate across multiple internal and external organizations.\nMust be able to build and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal and external suppliers, as well as horizontal integrations across the other teams.\nPC proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.\nMust have the ability to work effectively within a team.\nGood interpersonal and organizational skills are required.\nMust be able to obtain a Security Clearance\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred; bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) discipline required.\nThe pay range for this role is $150k- $180k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
