The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure operations, cloud infrastructure management, operating system patching, infrastructure automation, and production support within large-scale enterprise environments.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nManage Azure infrastructure across development, lab, non-production, and production environments.\nExecute operating-system patching and vulnerability remediation for Azure Linux and Windows VMs.\nBuild, validate, release, and support MIDAS golden images and Azure Compute Gallery images.\nManage RHEL, Rocky Linux, and Windows Server image lifecycles, including kernel and security-agent updates.\nSupport Azure networking, storage, virtual machines, private endpoints, RBAC, and Key Vault.\nAutomate infrastructure and operational activities using Terraform, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Bash, or Python.\nSupport production incidents, change implementation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and audit evidence.\nMaintain technical documentation and complete structured knowledge transfer.\nQualifications & Skills:\nStrong hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering and operations experience.\nAzure VM administration, networking, storage, identity, security, and monitoring.\nLinux and Windows patching and image-management experience.\nTerraform and Azure DevOps CI/CD.\nPowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting.\nExperience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and enterprise security agents.\nStrong production-support, incident-management, and communication skills.\nExperience with Tanium or Salt-based patching, Packer, AKS, Azure Compute Gallery, and golden-image automation.\nAzure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305.\nBanking or other regulated-enterprise experience.\nThe pay range for this role is CAD 100,000 - CAD 110,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
