Platform Architecture\nYou will design a cloud architecture strategy that aligns with regulatory requirements, scalability needs, and long-term business growth ambitions.\nYou will define and implement landing zones, ensuring proper environment isolation, network segmentation, and secure connectivity across all workloads.\nYou will build and evolve an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) that enables engineers to provision infrastructure and services through self-service capabilities with built-in guardrails.\nYou will establish standard patterns for containerization using Kubernetes and serverless architectures, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency across workloads.\nSecurity by Design\nYou will implement a Zero Trust security model that enforces identity-first access, continuous verification, and least-privilege principles across users, devices, and workloads.\nYou will define and operationalize enterprise-wide frameworks for identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), secrets management, encryption, and key lifecycle management.\nYou will embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring vulnerabilities are identified and mitigated early.\nYou will design and implement security controls into the platform while ensuring these controls are independently validated at runtime by the Cloud Security Lead and audited by the Governance Lead.\nAI-Native Enablement\nYou will design infrastructure supporting AI/ML workloads, including GPU-enabled environments and scalable pipelines.\nYou will establish a secure MLOps ecosystem in collaboration with AI teams.\nYou will leverage AI-driven capabilities for anomaly detection and automated response within the platform.\nPlatform Engineering & Automation\nYou will implement all infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles.\nYou will establish a GitOps-based operating model for deployments.\nYou will build reusable modules, golden templates, and standardized blueprints.\nYou will promote an automation-first culture eliminating manual processes.\nDevOps & Release Engineering\nYou will design and implement CI/CD pipelines that support progressive delivery models such as blue-green and canary deployments.\nYou will embed resilience practices like chaos engineering and failure testing into the delivery lifecycle.\nGovernance & Compliance\nYou will define architectural guardrails balancing agility with control.\nYou will work closely with the Governance & Resilience Lead to ensure adherence to IRDAI and regulatory
