The role is responsible for end-user support, desktop/laptop management, network troubleshooting, plant IT infrastructure support, and coordination with regional and global IT teams to ensure high availability of business-critical systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Level 2/Level 3 onsite IT support for end-user devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops.\nSupport Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online.\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.\nPerform network troubleshooting involving switches, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi.\nSupport Cisco networking equipment and coordinate with network teams.\nManage IT assets, device deployments, and hardware replacements.\nSupport manufacturing shop-floor systems, barcode printers, scanners, and label printers.\nWork with ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management.\nPerform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of incidents.\nCoordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams during outages and planned maintenance.\nParticipate in on-call support and emergency response when required.\nMaintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\nRequired Skills\n5+ years of End User Computing / Desktop Support experience.\nStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.\nMicrosoft 365 Administration.\nActive Directory and Azure AD.\nHardware troubleshooting (Dell/HP laptops & desktops).\nPrinter and peripheral support.\nExperience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.\nExcellent customer service and communication skills.\nNetwork Skills (Mandatory)\nCCNA Certification (Preferred) or equivalent Cisco networking experience.\nGood understanding of:Cisco Switches\nVLANs\nTCP/IP\nDNS\nDHCP\nVPN\nWireless Networking\nNetwork troubleshooting\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nCisco Meraki/Catalyst administration.\nIntune/Autopilot device management.\nSCCM/MECM.\nPowerShell scripting.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices.\nExperience supporting shop-floor IT infrastructure.\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).\nCCNA certification preferred.\nMicrosoft certifications are an added advantage.\nKey Competencies\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management.\nAbility to prioritize multiple incidents in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.\nThe pay range for this role is $65,000- $75,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
