Under a new CEO, Tech Mahindra is committed to a transformative journey with 'Scale @ Speed' as our guiding principle.\nTitle - Failure Analysis & Validation Engineer 2\nLocation: Austin, TX (ONSITE)\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and execute DOEs to Validate silicon-, board-, and system-level failures.\nBring up server platforms and test stations to support Failure Analysis for NPI and production.\nDebug hardware, firmware, driver, power, thermal, PCIe and memory Fails.\nAnalyze logs, telemetry, and test data to identify failure signatures and dependencies.\nDevelop and validate diagnostics, stress tests, and functional tests.\nInterface with multiple cross functional team members to Reproduce, Isolate and Root cause Failures.\nDevelop automation for FA workflows.\nConfigure and maintain Windows- and Linux-based server test environments.\nDocument processes, technical findings, and deliver clear FA reports and reviews.\nOptimize lab workflows and test capability to reduce turnaround time and system downtime.\nAnalyze large datasets, develop dashboards, and generate technical reports.\nTravel to Contract Manufacturing Sites to assist with Bring up and Training.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nStrong EE fundamentals, knowledgeable in GPU/CPU architecture, post-silicon validation, platform debug, or test development.\n5 years of experience in Test, Debug or Validation of semiconductor assemblies.\nStrong knowledge of PCIe, memory, power management and thermal-control subsystems.\nExperience debugging firmware, drivers, operating systems, and hardware interactions.\nExperience with firmware tuning, PVT characterization, voltage, temperature, and frequency margining.\nProgramming and automation experience in Python, shell scripting, C++, C#, or equivalent languages.\nProficiency with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, regulated power supplies, and thermal cameras.\nAbility to interpret schematics, component datasheets, logs, telemetry, and validation data.\nExperience with GPU data-center platforms and air- or liquid-cooled infrastructure is preferred.\nExperience working with AI tools or agent-based automation to engineering workflows is preferred.\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:\nBachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field\nThe payrate is $40/hr. to $53/hr.
