This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database design, ensuring that our product data is structured, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance product functionality and user experience while maintaining data integrity and security.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, implement, and maintain robust database systems to support product data management.\nCollaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements and specifications.\nAnalyze and optimize existing database structures for performance and scalability.\nEnsure data quality and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.\nProvide technical support and training to team members on database related issues.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for database architecture, processes, and procedures.\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in database design and product management.\nParticipate in product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and ongoing support.\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong expertise in database design, including relational and non relational databases.\nProficient in SQL and experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.\nExperience with data modeling and database architecture best practices.\nAbility to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.\nStrong problem solving skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with cloud based database solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure).\nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).\nKnowledge of product management methodologies and tools.\nUnderstanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n10 15 years of experience in database design and product administration.\nProven track record of successful product management and database optimization.\nRelevant certifications in database management or product management are a plus.\nSalary:\nFull-time: The pay range for this role is US$120k - US$135k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
