The role supports desktop and mobile devices, hardware and software troubleshooting, IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change), asset management, VIP support, device deployment, incident resolution, and end-user computing services. The engineer works closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality IT support services.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, and associated software\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.\nPerform break/fix support and incident resolution within agreed service levels.\nSupport Microsoft Windows endpoints, mobile devices, and end-user computing technologies.\nExecute IMAC activities including installation, relocation, upgrade, replacement, and decommissioning of IT equipment.\nDeploy, configure, image, maintain, and refresh endpoint devices.\nProvide walk-up/Tech Bar support and direct customer assistance.\nSupport VIP users and executive staff with priority service requirements.\nMaintain asset inventory, configuration records, and lifecycle management activities.\nCoordinate with Service Desk, Engineering, Infrastructure, and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues.\nSupport software installations, upgrades, patching, and application deployments.\nMaintain compliance with security, privacy, and operational policies.\nProvide user training, technical guidance, and documentation as needed.\nRequired Skills\nEnd User Computing (EUC) support\nWindows desktop and laptop support\nMicrosoft 365 / Office applications\nDevice imaging and deployment\nHardware and software troubleshooting\nMobile device support\nPrinter and peripheral support\nAsset and inventory management\nServiceNow or ITSM tools\nIncident, Problem, and Change Management\nCustomer service and communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.\nExperience supporting healthcare or enterprise environments.\nIndustry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent.\nThe pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
