This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and a solid understanding of end-user computing for Windows.\nResponsibilities:\nDiagnose and resolve desktop and laptop issues remotely, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.\nPerform PC and laptop imaging, installation, and repair as needed.\nDeploy software remotely using established tools and processes.\nUtilize monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues before they impact users.\nCollaborate with team members to develop and implement knowledge base systems for improved support efficiency.\nProvide technical training and support to end users as required.\nMaintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.\nIdentify opportunities for process standardization and improvement.\nStay updated on cybersecurity best practices and ensure compliance in all support activities.\nWork independently and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.\nMandatory Skills:\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills for Windows-based end-user computing.\nExperience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).\nProficiency in Google Cloud Infrastructure, including understanding cloud services and deployment models.\nKnowledge of Active Directory (AD), SCCM configuration and customization, DNS, VoIP Functionality of Components & call Flows, and VPN.\nEffective communication and customer service skills.\nCollaboration in a team environment.\nAnalytical Thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nProactive system monitoring and issue detection skills.\nFamiliarity with remote troubleshooting techniques, including remote desktop tools and diagnostic software.\nThe pay range for this role is $65,000 - $70,000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
