Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in the OSS domain and expertise in Java Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telecom business processes and be able to design and implement robust solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design and architect scalable and efficient software solutions in the OSS domain.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead the development team in implementing solutions using Java Spring Boot.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards and documentation.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to improve development efficiency.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the OSS and telecom sectors.
Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience as a Solution Architect in the OSS domain.
Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot framework.
In depth knowledge of telecom business processes and operations.
Experience in designing and implementing large scale software solutions.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ Years of experience in software development and architecture.
Relevant certifications in solution architecture or cloud technologies are a plus.
The pay range for this role is $140,000- $160,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
